RS-75 PET雙螺桿系列塑料片材機(jī)組是我公司針對市場需求精心設(shè)計(jì)制造的，它主要適用于生產(chǎn)PET等塑料片材。

本機(jī)型采用積木式同向平行雙螺桿結(jié)構(gòu)，配合高效耐用的真空泵系統(tǒng)，能快速有效的排出PET物料中的水氣，嚴(yán)格控制由水氣帶來的粘度降問題。此機(jī)型通過雙螺桿結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化及采用特別定制的機(jī)筒，螺桿材料，配合螺桿負(fù)載保護(hù)裝置及金屬檢測分離器，達(dá)到安全，穩(wěn)定，高產(chǎn)，方便等目的。

擠出機(jī)螺桿采用*長徑比，具有塑化效果好，膜片厚薄均勻，流速一致等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

鏡面壓光輥，輥筒表層溫度均勻，使生產(chǎn)的片材光潔明亮，厚薄均勻。

本套機(jī)組由擠出機(jī)、三輥壓延機(jī)、牽引收卷機(jī)組成。

RS-75 PET Double screw Series Plastic Sheet Extruding Machine is developed by the market demand. It is mainly applied to produce PET sheet.

This machine adopts the building block parallel twin screw structure, with efficient and durable vacuum pump system, can quickly and effectively discharge the water vapor in PET material, strictly control the viscosity drop caused by water vapor.

This machine achieves the purpose of safety, stability, high yield and convenience through the optimization of double-screw structure and the use of special customized barrel, screw material, coupled with the screw load protection device and metal detection separator.

The screw of the extruding machine uses big ratio of length and diameter. It has good forming effect, even sheet thickness and same running speed. 

Bright surface of the pressing roller and even temperature of its surface to make sure that the sheet is clean and the thickness is equal.

This machine includes screw extruder, 3-roller calendar, traction rewinder.
